We have some basic guidelines that we ask you to follow.

• Each article should be 800 words or fewer. (Please condensed longer articles before submitting)

• Ideally around 300- 500 words works the best

• MSWord format.

• A written permission to use your articles.

• Consent to make minor changes to your article due to spelling and/or grammatical errors.

• If it is not your copyright than a written consent from the copyright holder.

• If you would like for us to contact the copyright holder for an article, please send us the article and contact information.
