Q: How to add a category?
A: To add a category:
* Click Add on right hand side under list.
* Type the name of your new category.
* Click save.
Q: How to add a book? (Reading log software)
A: It is easy to add any information you want. To add a book:
* Under list, click "Add"
* Enter date - there is a drop in calendar at the right of the date or you can type it in
* Put your book title in the title area
* Use one of the existing categories using the drop down bar or create a new category
* Click save.
That's it... you have now added your own book.
Important note
Always click SAVE after you have created or changed any area, or your information will be lost.
Q: How to print?
A: How to print: You can print the entire list or just the notes area of a book.
For a single book, go to the book and click on it, then in the notes/summary area click copy. Then paste it into MSWord or Notepad.
For all of your books & notes:
In the menu bar (above list) click the drop down arrow for menu, click on print.
It will ask if it is OK to open in your browser window. Click OK.
You can print it all or copy and paste only what you want to print. It is easiest if you paste it in a word processor and then print.
Q: How to password protect your program?
A: This software has the ability to protect others from using this program.
* Click menu
* Set a padlock
* Type a password
* Click OK
The next time you open this program it will ask you for your password.
Important Note: Since your Reading Log padlock / password is a single password protection system, we do not have access to retrieve this for you. Please keep this in a safe place. It is not possible (using reasonable resources) to open your data file without the correct password since the file is encrypted using the password.
Q: Hot to rename a category?
A: To rename a category click on "menu" above. (Top above list)
* Click on the rename category in the drop down menu.
* Pick the category you want to rename.
* Type in the new name.
* Save.
Q: How secure is it?
A: It is very secure. The program resides on your computer and cannot be accessed via the internet. AND you can password protect the program so only you can open it and see your private information.
Q: Can I export my information to save it elsewhere?
A: Yes! On the menu there is a button to save your file easily.

Q: What if I forget my password to open SiteReminerPro? (SRP)
A: Since your SRP padlock / password is a single password protection system, we do not have access to retrieve this for you. Please keep this in a safe place. Q: What if my computer crashes...how do I retrieve my information / password?
A: We always recommend that you have a back up of your files and system. Plus, you should add your SRP data to your back up program procedures.
